Ingredients (12)
- 1 1/4 cups cleaned and cut calamari
- 1 1/2 cups mussels (without the shell I used frozen mussels)
- 1 3/4 cups small shrimp cleaned (I used frozen shrimp)
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- 5-6 black olives chopped
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- JUST BEFORE SERVING
- salt to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar
