Ingredients (12)
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt non-fat
- 2 cup cooked chicken breast chopped
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 4 cup fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 medium yellow onion peeled and chopped
- 2 medium carrots peeled and chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 2 clove garlic peeled and smashed
- 2 medium jalapeño peppers seeded and chopped
- 4 ears sweet corn kernels cut off the cob (or 4 cups frozen kernels, thawed and drained)
- 1 tbsp no-salt seasoning such as Mrs. Dash
- 1 tbsp olive oil
