- 2 clove garlic grated
- 1.25 salt
- 1 medium tomato finely diced
- 6 coriander ground
- 1.25 turmeric ground
- 241 water
- 1 Juice of lemon
- 1 1 tea bag OR 1 tsp / 1 g tea leaves tied in a muslin cloth
- 6 tomato paste
- 12 paprika smoked
- 14 piece ginger peeled and grated
- 12 amchoor (mango) powder
