- 0.5 avocado pitted, peeled, and sliced
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 orange peeled and segmented (membrane removed)
- 3 tbsp cucumber(s) finely chopped
- 2 bunch watercress roughly chopped
- 0.25 cup avocado oil divided
- 0.25 cup walnuts
- 4 Alaska salmon filets (4–6 oz each)
- 2 cup mixed greens
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch Pimenton (smoked paprika) for finishing
- 4 edible flowers, such as nasturtiums optional
