  • 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grape must (either red or white) (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (I used corn)
  • 1 pinch salt
