  • 1 generous pinch hing
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ⅔ to ¾ cup water
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped onions or pearl onions or shallots
  • 2 teaspoons chopped curry leaves or 8 to 10 curry leaves
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • ¼ cups grated coconut
