- 3 to 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 6 thai chillies
- 3 cups water
- salt as required
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons coriander leaves
