  • ⅓ cup finely chopped carrots
  • ¼ cup green peas,
  • ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum or bell pepper
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions greens,
  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder
  • salt as required
