- ½ teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup tightly packed finely chopped tomatoes
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ⅓ cup finely chopped carrots
- ¼ cup green peas,
- ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum or bell pepper
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions greens,
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder
- salt as required
- some grated cheddar cheese for garnish,
