- 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
- ¼ cup Curd
- ½ cup water
- 200 to 250 grams Paneer
- 1 to 2 pinches garam masala powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoons light cream
- salt
- 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- Whole spices:
- 2 cloves
- 2 green cardamoms
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 1 tej patta
