  • ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 2 sichuan pepper
  • ⅔ to ¾ cup vegetable stock or water
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch + 2 tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon spring onion greens
  • salt as required
