- 2 tablespoons water

- ¼ cup chopped spring onion whites
- 1 to 2 green chillies
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 to 2 teaspoons finely chopped celery
- ⅓ to ½ cup thinly sliced capsicum
- 1 cup water
- ½ to 1 teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
