  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp salt, or to taste
  • ⅛ tsp pepper, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
