- 1/2 a zucchini, sliced in rounds then sliced in half
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
