  • 3 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 2 Tablespoons mirin
  • 8 ounces sliced crimini mushrooms
  • 4 baby bok choy or 3 stalks large bok choy, chopped into 3 inch pieces
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 12 ounces udon noodles
