Pistachio Chia Pudding
Ingredients (5)
- 1/3 cup shelled pistachios (soaked for 2 hours and drained)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Combine everything but the chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and stir.
- Refrigerate for two hours before eating.
