Ingredients (10)

  • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 6 oz Light Tuna, Water Packed
  • 2 T Chopped Red Onion
  • ¼ cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • or ¼ cup Pitted Black Olives
  • ¼ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 cup Salad Greens


  1. Combine eggs, tuna, onion, olives and feta cheese. Combine olive oil and vinegar in a small bowl; whisk until well blended. Add to tuna mixture. Season with pepper. Serve over mixed greens.
