  • 2 cup fresh raw vegetables, chopped (try carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, cucumbers, and/or tomatoes)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 avocado, cut into chunks
  • Juice of 2 lemons
