Ginger and Molasses Coffee Creamer
Add a bit of fall spice to your coffee this season with this creative homemade creamer.
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- In a small saucepan, heat half and half, molasses and ground ginger over a low heat. Once small bubbles form around the edges of the pan and the molasses has completely dissolved, take off the heat and use immediately or cover and store in the fridge for 2 weeks.
