Simple Lemon Yogurt Sauce

Serve this simple sauce with Coriander-Spiced Chicken or Lamb Kebabs.

Ingredients (7)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1.4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended. Serve with Coriander-Spiced Chicken or Lamb Kebabs.
