• 4 Tablespoons butter, softened
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla
• 8 cups sifted powdered sugar
• 4-6 Tablespoons half and half
• 4 ounces chocolate
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• Peanut butter chips (optional)
